IT Support Specialist – Los Angeles

About the role

Harlem Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its Los Angeles office. The role will serve as the first point of contact for all IT‑related queries, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software and network services for the US team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to employees, handling hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment and company software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely and on‑site to minimise downtime.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across platforms, including onboarding new starters and processing leavers.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licences and related equipment.

• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing multinational team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff at all levels.
