IT Business Management Analyst III

About the role

The IT Business Management Analyst III supports the development of the IT Business Management framework, aligning IT financials with delivery and business objectives. This role bridges technology and finance, helping stakeholders understand the financial impact of IT strategies, investments, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans in partnership with the IT Business Management Leader.
• Monitor and analyze IT operating and capital expenditures, performing variance analysis for hardware, software, personnel, third‑party labor and other costs.
• Support cost‑allocation models across IT service departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for IT leadership and corporate finance.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing, contract analysis, and procurement compliance.
• Support business case development for new IT initiatives and investments.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform IT strategy decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• At least five years of experience in finance or accounting in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Proficiency with financial management tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
