IT Analyst & Technical Support

About the role

Griffith Foods is seeking an IT Analyst and Technical Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of its IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, network devices, and end‑user systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting corporate and regional teams, and contributing to technology projects that enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain availability of IT services and restore them promptly when incidents occur.
• Administer user accounts, email, passwords, and computer provisioning.
• Manage data‑center equipment, servers, network devices, and perform backup and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers to resolve incidents.
• Install and configure computers and peripheral devices, and keep inventory records up to date.
• Provide technical support and end‑user training on standard tools.
• Assist with internal and external audits and participate in new technology implementation projects.
• Analyze business needs, create use cases, and support BI/reporting requirements.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects and optimize departmental processes.
• Respond to emergency requests during evenings or weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with corporate and regional teams.
