International Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The International Supply Chain Manager provides regional supply‑chain guidance and support for sourcing, procurement and logistics across GoTo Foods’ international markets. The role drives cost‑reduction initiatives, ensures product compliance for export, and partners with franchisees and cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality supply solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional supply‑chain contact for GoTo Foods International, the International Supply Chain Team and key vendors.
• Source and negotiate pricing with regional, local and global vendors.
• Develop supply‑chain solutions that reduce cost of goods while maintaining brand quality standards.
• Lead the execution of new supply chains for market entry and regional scale.
• Make independent recommendations to connect operators with supply‑chain solutions.
• Maintain order and sourcing guides for new brand and market launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product innovations, operating models and market launch support.
• Execute cost‑savings initiatives and report on progress.
• Identify and engage manufacturers, distributors and suppliers, managing category and product development projects.
• Ensure compliance of products for international export and enforce NDA and quality‑assurance requirements for new vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain management, sourcing and procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills with regional and global vendors.
• Track record of delivering cost‑reduction and COGS improvement.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and supporting franchisee operations.
