Intake Data Entry Specialist

About the role

As an Intake Data Entry Specialist at Finch, you will ensure that every new case is accurately captured and ready for fast processing in our case management system. You’ll work at the front of the funnel, validating client and incident information to keep the workflow smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and enter new case information (client details, incident data, documentation) with high precision.
• Set up cases according to firm standards, ensuring proper structure and alignment.
• Process intake updates in real time to prevent delays.
• Maintain consistency across intake tools, Finch platform, and partner firm systems.
• Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data, collaborating with intake and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Document updates and changes for transparency and auditability.
• Continuously seek improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency of intake workflows.

Required profile

• Proven track record in task management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
• Highly organized with strong process discipline.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
• Adaptable to evolving workflows and systems.

Required skills
