The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, an 1890 land‑grant HBCU, is seeking an Instructor for a non‑tenure faculty position. This regular, day‑shift role is based on the Pine Bluff campus and involves contributing to the university’s mission of providing high‑quality, affordable education with a personal touch. The university maintains a 15:1 student‑to‑faculty ratio, offering close interaction between students and instructors. Faculty members support a wide range of programs, including certificate, associate, undergraduate, master’s and a doctorate in Aquaculture/Fisheries, as well as numerous internships, co‑ops and fellowships.
