Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Distribution

About the role

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, handle inbound calls, process orders, and support the sales team in the industrial distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, resolve issues, enter orders and complete follow‑up procedures.
• Convert product inquiries into orders, suggest accessories or replacement items, and write bids or quotations when appropriate.
• Document all customer contacts and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to ensure seamless account management for new and existing customers.
• Support the sales and marketing plan, stay current on product knowledge, and attend required training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong empathy and ability to guide customers toward commitment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with a wide range of people.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, fast learner with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
