Infrastructure IT Analyst – Knoxville

About the role

3M is seeking an Infrastructure IT Analyst to join its Knoxville team. You will provide hands‑on hardware and software support across a diverse set of devices while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver standard and local support for workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra & HP printers, RF devices, servers, and networking equipment.
• Provide software assistance for Windows OS, Microsoft Office suites, Lotus Notes databases, and security tools.
• Maintain site dashboards tracking computers, printers, servers, networking gear, work tickets, and vulnerability status.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with 5 years of IT experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of IT experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, private, public, government, or military environments.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Knoxville, IA.
