Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Manager, Influencer Marketing/PR at Coty will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing US press and influencer strategies for the Marc Jacobs Fragrances and Makeup portfolio. The role focuses on driving social content, press coverage and consumer engagement across luxury beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, management and execution of paid and unpaid influencer campaigns in the US market.
• Maintain knowledge of the influencer landscape, monitor competitor partnerships and share insights with leadership.
• Manage external agencies, develop content briefs and negotiate contracts to ensure strategic excellence.
• Support planning and execution of local and global events, tastemaker partnerships, sponsorships and in‑market activations.
• Oversee purchase order processes for timely payments to agencies, influencers and vendors.
• Assist in developing the US editorial strategy to secure earned media, product placements and brand storytelling.
• Craft and deliver pitches to beauty editors and writers, and manage creation and distribution of press materials.
• Handle day‑to‑day press requests, including sample sends, image requests and product information.

Required profile

• Passionate social‑media consumer with strong writing abilities.
• Deep interest in beauty, specifically makeup and fragrance.
• Enthusiastic about influencer marketing and public relations.
• Effective communicator who enjoys building relationships with creators, editors and VIPs.
• Experience with luxury makeup and fragrance brands is a strong plus.
