Infantryman (11B) – Management Training in Army National Guard

About the role

The Army National Guard is seeking motivated individuals to serve as Infantrymen (MOS 11B) with a focus on management training. You will be part of the backbone of the Army, executing combat operations, supporting disaster response, and developing leadership skills in high‑stress environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reconnaissance and patrol missions.
• Employ, fire, and recover anti‑personnel and anti‑tank mines.
• Operate weapon systems, including rifles, machine guns, and night‑vision sights.
• Maintain and operate communications equipment.
• Function as a fire‑team member during training and combat.
• Process prisoners of war and captured documents.
• Support the mobilization of vehicles, troops, and weaponry.

Required profile

• Must be a U.S. citizen or meet National Guard eligibility.
• Age 17‑35 and at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Physically and mentally fit, able to work under stress and as part of a team.
