Inbound Procurement Senior Coordinator

About the role

Pixi Inc., a fast‑growing beauty brand, is looking for an Inbound Procurement Senior Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end flow of products through the production cycle. You will act as a project manager, coordinating orders, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external suppliers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for domestic and international vendors.
• Partner with demand planning to set inventory parameters and replenishment plans.
• Track purchase orders through the full production cycle and provide visibility.
• Create and manage vendor timelines, troubleshoot delays, and resolve issues.
• Use the ERP system to sync weekly production updates and generate supply‑chain reports.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations at vendor locations.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Lead weekly inventory reconciliation, annual physical counts, and obsolescence reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong project and timeline management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain high ethical standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with ERP systems for production and inventory tracking.
