Implementation Manager

About the role

Implementation Manager serves as the primary point of contact for professional services engagements, leading customer implementations from planning through delivery. The role manages a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful outcomes against quality, scope, timeline and budget objectives while acting as the bridge between customers and internal product, engineering and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customer implementation projects and professional services engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of client implementations, delivering within agreed scope, budget, quality and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into detailed implementation plans and solution specifications.
• Communicate and manage project objectives, milestones, risks and dependencies clearly.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, working closely with product, engineering, DevOps and senior implementation managers to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project and stakeholder management within professional services or technology implementations.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and internal partners.
