IAM Consultant – Identity Management & Cloud Security (Remote)

About the role

The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) in Ohio seeks an experienced IAM Consultant to support its identity management, collaboration, and security initiatives. This 12‑month contract is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Columbus office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior technical expert for identity and access management solutions.
• Guide clients in adopting and optimizing Salesforce using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Define requirements, design, and recommend enterprise‑wide solutions for MIM, SharePoint, Okta, and related platforms.
• Develop and enforce user account security policies, conduct audits, and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT department or consulting environment.
• Broad exposure to technology areas within the developmental disabilities sector.
• Ability to work remotely while being available for on‑site meetings in Columbus as needed.
