HVAC Specialist – Water Source & Geothermal Systems

About the role

Bosch is looking for an experienced HVAC Specialist to provide phone and email technical support for residential and commercial water‑source heat pump, geothermal, and air‑conditioning systems. You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners, delivering accurate solutions and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and application support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical materials and creating documentation and training resources, including videos.
• Represent Bosch in complaint resolution and technical investigations, delivering root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and manage departmental email communications.
• Perform on‑site field troubleshooting when required, including occasional domestic and international travel.
• Support peers by sharing expertise and assisting with their technical development.
• Provide after‑hours support during critical rollouts or escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC technical support or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications such as NATE or EPA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air‑to‑air heat pumps, water‑source heat pumps, and geothermal systems in residential and commercial settings.
