Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist / Employee Success Leader to drive the employee experience across our organization. The role will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, compliance and payroll in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, prepare documentation and ensure smooth transitions.
• Administer ATS and HRIS platforms, maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards, track recruiting metrics and generate workforce reports.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration, handling data collection, audits and employee inquiries.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits and workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a positive employee experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, documentation and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
