About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations within an ultra‑luxury environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, high‑expectation settings, brings discretion, and delivers polished, solution‑oriented service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bi‑weekly payroll, ensure data accuracy, and process payroll‑related changes such as hires, terminations, transfers, bonuses and status updates.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, mobility, off‑boarding, issue offer letters and maintain confidential employee files.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks and pre‑boarding.
- Design and deliver high‑touch new‑hire orientations and support employee engagement, well‑being, DEI initiatives and cultural activations.
- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, assist HR leadership with employee relations matters, and maintain documentation and case tracking.
Required profile
- Experience in luxury retail or ultra‑luxury hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities with composure.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence and polished professional judgment.
- Ability to foster meaningful relationships and deliver personalized, elegant employee experiences.
