HR Recruiter

About the role

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in our Wilmington Service Center office. The Recruiter will manage recruitment and employment processing while remotely supporting multiple hiring managers and regions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a high‑volume, demanding environment.
• Report on position‑filling status, identify hiring barriers, implement resolution plans, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Review applications and resumes to match candidates’ work history, education, skills, and salary expectations with current openings.
• Set up interviews and complete the full onboarding process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive team mindset.
