HR Manager – Full‑time Remote or On‑site

About the role

Pentecom is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a trusted partner to leadership while supporting employees across the organization. This full‑time position can be performed remotely or on‑site, and it plays a key role in attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee‑relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Ensure HR practices comply with federal, multi‑state, and local regulations, addressing issues promptly and accurately.
• Oversee benefits administration to guarantee timely, accurate delivery and a positive employee experience.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for all hiring needs.
• Support the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures for ongoing compliance and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of human‑resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance.
• Proven experience creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Experience supporting small to mid‑size organizations and willingness to wear multiple hats.
• U.S. citizenship.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
