About the role
Collective is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its People team. You will partner closely with senior leaders to shape organization, performance, and growth in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers on organizational, leadership, and people matters.
- Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating with Recruiting, Finance, Legal and other People functions.
- Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent development to meet evolving business needs.
- Coach managers through performance, employee relations, and team dynamics, reinforcing a high‑performance culture.
- Lead People work streams from concept to execution, providing clear recommendations and escalating when needed.
- Own and improve core People programs such as performance management, manager effectiveness, engagement, and compensation cycles.
- Leverage people data, Rippling, and AI‑enabled tools to generate insights, reduce manual work, and enhance People processes.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting technical or fast‑moving organizations.
- Proven track record advising senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Strong org‑design, workforce‑planning, and change‑management capabilities.
- Experience owning performance and compensation cycles, including calibration.
- Working knowledge of employment‑law fundamentals and sound employee‑relations judgment.
- Ability to translate HRIS data into clear narratives for leaders.
