Housekeeper – Elkwood Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of its Elkwood community in Flagstaff. The role supports the leasing office, common areas, and vacant apartments to ensure a market‑ready appearance for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional travel to other properties for training or support may be required.
