Household Manager & Nanny – Full‑time, $43‑48/hr

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Household Manager/Nanny to care for our 7‑month‑old infant and support daily household operations for a busy family in Tiburon. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with occasional evening or weekend coverage for date‑night care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daytime caregiver for the youngest child, including backup pickup/drop‑off and occasional evening/weekend childcare.
• Create and maintain household organization systems, perform daily resets, light tidying, seasonal swaps, and manage donation drop‑offs.
• Handle inventory and errands: restock pantry, manage household supply lists, process orders and subscriptions, and oversee returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping.
• Plan and execute weekly meal plans, prep ingredients, pack healthy school lunches, and conduct grocery shopping.
• Manage laundry and linen care, including washing, folding, ironing, and linen rotation.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, monthly washes, charging, and scheduling service.
• Coordinate vendors and property oversight, supervising cleaners, contractors, and landscapers, and researching repairs.

Required profile

• Warm, energetic around babies and young children; self‑directed, proactive, calm, and highly organized.
• Strong professional boundaries, tech‑fluent with calendaring tools, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
• Comfortable with light cleaning and hands‑on household tasks; background in household management, personal assisting, nannying, or raising a family.
