House Manager & Family Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time House Manager & Family Assistant to keep our Laguna Niguel home running smoothly for a dynamic family of four. The role supports daily household operations, child logistics, and vendor coordination while maintaining a calm, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage school drop‑offs/pick‑ups, prepare backpacks, snacks, and lunches for the children.
• Maintain household organization: daily resets, laundry, bed making, and seasonal clothing swaps.
• Oversee inventory, restock pantry and supplies, place online orders, and handle returns.
• Coordinate vendor visits, schedule vehicle maintenance, and supervise pet care including vet appointments.
• Assist with meal prep, grocery runs, and kitchen cleanup.
• Support family travel by packing, unpacking, and researching itineraries.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational mindset, able to learn and follow established household systems.
• Professional, discreet and respectful of family boundaries and privacy.
• Reliable transportation, authorized to work in the United States, and able to maintain a smoke‑free, fragrance‑free environment.
