House Manager and Family Assistant with Meal Prep Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable House Manager and Family Assistant to support a busy family of five in Las Vegas. The role combines household organization, child logistics, meal preparation, and pet care on a part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate after‑school pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and transportation for three school‑aged children.
• Maintain household organization: daily resets, seasonal clothing swaps, and liaison with cleaning and maintenance vendors.
• Prepare 2–3 dinners per week, manage grocery shopping, and handle kitchen cleanup.
• Maintain inventory of pantry, supplies, and manage online orders (Amazon, Costco, Target).
• Care for three dogs, including feeding, occasional walks, and scheduling vet appointments.
• Oversee vendor relationships such as house cleaners, landscapers, and HVAC service providers.
• Manage the shared family calendar, schedule appointments, and assist with travel logistics.
• Perform laundry, ironing, and ensure linens are stocked and organized.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, active household and adapting to last‑minute schedule changes.
• Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to transport children safely.
• CPR and first‑aid certified, up‑to‑date on recommended vaccinations.
• Non‑smoker, fragrance‑free, and willing to sign a non‑disclosure agreement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar and shared digital calendars.
• Experience using task‑management and meal‑planning applications.
• Familiarity with grocery‑delivery platforms and online shopping services (e.g., Amazon).
