About the role
The Sales Manager supports BryantCorp’s vision of building better communities by driving revenue for its hotel portfolio. Working closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers and the Chief Engineer, you will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to event execution, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Area Director of Sales in optimizing revenue and bookings.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
- Prepare, distribute, and manage group agreements and contracts.
- Create, monitor, and manage room blocks, ensuring accuracy and optimal utilization.
- Maintain detailed records of groups, events, and client information in designated systems.
- Conduct on‑site tours for walk‑in clients and prospective groups.
- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the sales and planning process.
- Communicate group details to all hotel departments to ensure cohesive execution.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with general computer use and Microsoft Office.
- 12 months of hotel sales or front‑desk experience preferred (not required).
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co‑workers and the public.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
