About the role
The Host/ess is the first point of contact for guests entering Lido Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. This front‑of‑house position creates welcoming, memorable experiences and supports the dining team in delivering luxury service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand throughout service periods.
- Review reservations, coordinate table assignments and recommend optimal section setups.
- Ensure each dining area is clean, set correctly and ready for service before opening.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients and restaurant information to answer guest inquiries.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a food‑and‑beverage outlet, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer equipment and restaurant reservation/F&B systems.
