Host / Hostess – Guest Service Role

About the role

Join a winning team as a Host or Hostess and be the first point of contact for guests entering our restaurant. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every guest experiences the high standards we promise.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of seating.
• Maintain waitlists, reservations, and seating charts.
• Provide information about menus, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Required profile
