About the role
The position is a home‑weekly lane driver responsible for transporting dry freight across a route that includes Alabama, Utah and Southern California. Drivers will unload the cargo using motorized equipment and lift gates and return home once a week with a 34‑hour reset period.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer to move dry freight on a weekly lane covering AL, UT and SoCAL.
- Perform unloading tasks using motorized equipment and lift gates at each delivery point.
- Maintain a weekly home schedule with a 34‑hour reset time between trips.
- Follow assigned shift and schedule, selecting preferred times when possible.
Required profile
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
- Residency within 50 miles of the home city (strictly enforced).
- Clean driving record with no more than two accidents or violations in the past three years.
- Drug‑free status; SAP candidates are not accepted.
