Healthcare Research Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Research Analyst to support our client’s research initiatives focused on hospitals and health systems across the United States. The role involves gathering, analyzing and synthesizing market data to produce clear, actionable insights for healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end research projects targeting hospitals and health systems.
• Collect, analyze and synthesize healthcare market data to generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor industry trends, policy updates and system‑level changes.
• Contribute to the creation of client deliverables that are informative, visually engaging and strategically aligned.

Required profile

• Experience in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding or related healthcare documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong analytical, writing and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Keynote and a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.
