Head of Marketing

About the role

CertifyOS is seeking a data‑driven marketing executive to elevate its market presence, accelerate revenue growth, and shape product positioning for health plans, providers, and enterprise partners. The role will build a modern marketing engine that informs, attracts, and converts enterprise buyers while partnering closely with product, business development, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale a demand‑generation engine across paid media, SEO, ABM, content, events and digital programs.
• Define a predictable pipeline model with clear lead, MQL, SQL and opportunity targets tied to revenue goals.
• Own marketing analytics, dashboards, forecasts and quarterly business reviews for executive leadership.
• Lead product marketing, brand narrative and category leadership, translating product strategy into collateral, sales enablement and competitive intelligence.
• Drive market research, win‑loss analysis and customer insights to inform product and go‑to‑market decisions.
• Partner with Business Development, Partnerships and Customer Success to align growth strategy and co‑marketing programs.

Required profile

• 12+ years leading growth, product or integrated marketing in SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record building demand‑generation engines with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate insights to senior leaders and board members.
• Experience scaling marketing teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Passion for improving healthcare through better data and operational efficiency.
