Guest Servicing Agent

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Guest Servicing Agent to deliver 5‑star experiences for guests staying at our short‑term rental properties. You will act as the primary point of contact before, during, and after each stay, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests throughout their stay to create memorable, 5‑star experiences and positive reviews.
• Develop and apply strategies that maximize guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage online property listings to ensure accurate, appealing content.
• Communicate with the local operations team via WhatsApp and email to protect homes and serve guests effectively.
• Support the operations team by keeping processes organized.
• Maintain all project and guest information within our project‑management software.

Required profile

• Experience in the hospitality, travel, or hotel industry is a plus.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with a backup system.
