Growth Strategy Enablement

About the role

ClayAI is looking for a Growth Strategy Enablement professional to join its GTM Enablement team in New York. You will design and scale onboarding, training, and enablement programs that help the customer‑facing team ramp faster, serve customers strategically, and uncover new retention and expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch onboarding and ever‑boarding programs, including live workshops, certifications, and training modules.
• Capture top‑performer best practices and turn them into repeatable frameworks, talk tracks, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTME to translate product releases into actionable workflows and plays.
• Build and maintain enablement systems that scale with a rapidly growing team, leveraging AI and automation for knowledge sharing and personalized learning.
• Measure and improve ramp time, product adoption, and overall revenue impact across the GS organization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in enablement or customer success within a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Strong communicator and facilitator comfortable running workshops, certifications, and executive‑level conversations.
• Technical fluency with data workflows, integrations, and automation concepts.
• Proven track record building and scaling onboarding, ever‑boarding, certifications, and playbooks that drive adoption, retention, or expansion.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to detect gaps and drive solutions quickly.
• Bias for action – can go from 0 → 1 fast, take ownership, and execute without detailed direction.
• Willing to work onsite in New York (or relocate).
