Growth Associate – Boise, ID

About the role

The Growth Associate will identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision‑makers, executing omni‑channel outreach to schedule discovery calls and demos for the Growth Team. The role combines remote prospecting with regular in‑person visits to agencies and monthly travel to expand the company’s physical presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify target accounts, reaching decision‑makers via phone, email and social platforms.
• Conduct weekly in‑person prospecting visits to agencies, using collateral and professional gifting.
• Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development activities.
• Track all activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Support Growth Directors in moving opportunities beyond the initial discovery call.
• Collaborate with Planning, Growth and Business Development teams to align sales strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B sales or business development experience in media, advertising, programmatic, AdTech or related fields.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities and meet pipeline targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable managing prospecting activities independently, including regular travel.
