About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Ridge at Robinson community in Pittsburgh. This full‑time position supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities and vacant units tidy and ready for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities remain neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests from the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
- Change locks in accordance with property procedures and maintain security of community access points.
