Groundskeeper for Renaissance at Preston Hollow

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s physical appearance is maintained to high standards, keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and safe while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain those storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests, assist make‑ready specialists, and change locks according to policy.
• Distribute resident notices, report hazards, and respond to resident questions and complaints with respectful customer service.
• Attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and promptly report accidents or incidents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and take on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Basic lock‑changing procedures and knowledge of pool gate safety standards.
• Ability to follow Greystar safety and risk‑management policies.
