Groundskeeper – Cadena at the Falls

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the Cadena at the Falls community. This includes daily inspections, litter removal, and ensuring all common areas and amenities are clean and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transfer it to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to policy and verify pool gate functionality for safety compliance.
• Distribute resident notices, report hazards, and respond to resident questions and complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and promptly report accidents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
