Community Manager - Cadena at the Falls

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Cadena at the Falls property. The role combines property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code expenses correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with experience reviewing financial statements and budgets.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and multi‑family housing regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in invoice processing and cash management.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
