Groundskeeper – Cadena at the Falls

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Cadena at the Falls community in Austin. You will ensure that all outdoor areas, amenities, and common spaces are clean, well‑kept, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste, and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor service requests and assist the make‑ready team during unit turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features operate correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training, and report accidents or incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
