Graphic Designer – Sportswear (Boys, Young Men's & Men's)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop trend‑driven graphics for boys', young men's and men's sportswear and swimwear collections. You will work closely with the Design Director and cross‑functional teams to bring concepts from idea to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design original placement graphics, all‑over prints (AOPs) and seasonal artwork for sportswear and swimwear.
• Collaborate with the Design Director on trend‑right graphics for seasonal and retailer‑specific collections.
• Prepare final art tech packs and polished presentation boards for internal and client reviews.
• Maintain seasonal artwork libraries and showroom materials.
• Review strike‑offs, trim submissions and production samples, providing artwork feedback.
• Assist in creating look books, trend presentations and seasonal design layouts.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners to ensure artwork is production‑ready and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in the apparel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, placement prints, AOPs and sportswear artwork.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform.
• Experience creating production‑ready artwork and art tech packs.
• Understanding of apparel embellishment techniques and print processes.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
