Graphic Designer – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts that inspire and captivate consumers while ensuring consistent brand representation across all materials. Working within the luxury fashion environment, you will develop creative ideas that align with business objectives and elevate the Ralph Lauren visual voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual voice across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Produce new concepts, reference materials, and swipe files for image and video development.
• Create layouts and crops for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, adhering to current trends and best practices.
• Support pre‑production of campaign shoots, develop toolkits, and assist Art Directors in concept planning.
• Collaborate with Creative Leadership, Art Directors, Copywriters, Project Managers and Producers to deliver cohesive creative output.
• Illustrate rough sketches and prepare print‑ready layouts for magazines and out‑of‑home placements.
• Proofread and review all creative work to ensure accuracy and high quality.
• Monitor project timelines to keep initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Professional experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand‑aligned visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
