Graphic Designer – Brand & Digital Creative

About the role

Pique, an industry‑defining wellness brand, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to shape visual storytelling at the crossroads of luxury, wellness, and beauty. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will create day‑to‑day designs that influence how millions experience the brand across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Produce on‑brand designs for email, landing pages, social media, paid acquisition, and product assets.
• Support the Senior Art Director in maintaining and evolving Pique’s visual identity.
• Deliver high‑volume, high‑quality creative work quickly without sacrificing polish.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to meet campaign and launch needs.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and creative reviews.
• Maintain organized design files and help build reusable design systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in‑house at a DTC brand or agency serving DTC clients.
• Strong grasp of typography, color, composition, and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to take direction and incorporate feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
