Graphic Designer – AI Research Lab (San Francisco)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to shape the visual language of a stealth AI research lab that is building the interface layer of intelligence for everyday life. Based in San Francisco, you will work on‑site with a small, elite team to define how next‑generation intelligence systems look and feel across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for digital experiences, physical merchandise, packaging, collectibles, and brand environments.
• Maintain and evolve a rule‑based design system that ensures consistency across all brand assets.
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership to extend and refine the company’s brand identity.
• Produce high‑quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the lab’s innovative vision.
• Participate in deep‑work sessions to push creative boundaries while meeting project timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience or a portfolio demonstrating exceptional originality and aesthetic range.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment.
• Strong visual judgment and a hunger for boundary‑pushing design work.
