Golf House Retail Associate

About the role

The Golf House Retail Associate delivers a personalized, high‑quality retail experience for members and guests of The Madison Club. Working on‑site in the Golf House shop, you will support daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, and provide exceptional service that reflects the club’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and maintain accuracy in the POS inventory system.
• Monitor best‑selling items, communicate replenishment needs, and support receipt flow for incoming merchandise.
• Provide sales assistance, process purchases, returns, special orders, and apply markdowns or employee discounts.
• Maintain pristine merchandising standards, execute floor rotations, and support special events such as trunk shows.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and adhere to company policies for shrink control and employee purchases.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory and merchandising procedures.
• Effective communication skills to build genuine relationships with members and guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Retail Manager and support buying‑plan timelines.
