Global Treasury Services Manager

About the role

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services team delivers tailored treasury insights to public and private businesses, financial services firms, government agencies and nonprofits. As a Treasury Manager you will lead growth initiatives, manage delivery teams and oversee complex treasury engagements across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements, including project planning, budgeting, execution and client relationship management.
• Develop proposals, support business development efforts and drive practice growth.
• Maintain strong client focus, responding promptly to requests and building productive relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leverage emerging technology and advanced analytics to expand client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑8 years of relevant treasury or consulting experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRMA (or working towards one).
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities in a global corporate treasury environment.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and strong influencing and sales skills.
• Valid passport, willingness to travel internationally and a driver’s license (recommended).
