Global Mobility Coordinator

Anthropic’s mission relies on its people being able to work wherever they are needed. The Global Mobility Coordinator is the operational hub that ensures employees can travel, relocate, and move between legal entities smoothly and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business travel compliance, including visas, PWD, and Social Security registration, researching novel cases and coordinating with managers.
• Support employees throughout relocations and international assignments, initiating cases with providers and keeping moves on track.
• Manage the full lifecycle of entity transfers, keeping employees informed and ensuring Payroll, People Services, and Legal have required information.
• Serve as the first point of contact for global mobility questions, providing answers, escalating complex issues, and creating documentation to reduce repeat inquiries.
• Hold external providers accountable to their commitments and communicate gaps proactively.
• Lead project work as mobility programs evolve, identifying policy gaps, onboarding new providers, and handling exceptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility, including business travel compliance, visa processing, relocation support, and entity transfers.
• Ability to research and resolve novel compliance scenarios.
• Strong coordination with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, People Services, and Legal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
