Full‑Time Landscape Crewmember

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Crewmember to join our landscape maintenance team on a full‑time basis. The role involves performing a variety of outdoor tasks to keep client properties looking their best while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators and backhoes.
• Perform lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, fertilization, weed control and planting.
• Store, mix and apply chemicals in compliance with legal requirements.
• Load and unload tools, equipment and supplies from trucks.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and keep equipment clean.
• Maintain a safe, organized work site and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist the Crew Leader and Operations Manager with plan execution.
• Transport crew members to and from job sites when required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of landscape installation or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and follow site plans.
• Dependable, punctual, safety‑conscious and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
