Full‑Time Dishwasher – Delta Sky Club, San Diego

About the role

Eurest is seeking reliable individuals to join the Delta Sky Club team in San Diego as full‑time Dishwashers. You will work a consistent Wednesday‑to‑Sunday shift, ensuring that all kitchenware and work areas remain clean, sanitary, and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse and wash dishes, pots, pans and trays by hand or using the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain proper chemical levels and temperature settings for sanitation.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips or hand‑buffing as required.
• Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal and cleaning kitchen surfaces.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies, and transport equipment between storage and work areas.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Ability to work the scheduled shift of 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions.
• Willingness to perform both dishwashing and basic janitorial duties.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation chemicals and temperature controls.
• Silverware polishing techniques using mechanical equipment.
