Full-Time Retail Lead – Store Operations

About the role

This full‑time Lead position supports the store leadership team at Banana Republic. You will act as a role model for selling behaviours, drive productivity, and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Treat customers and employees with respect, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate shoppers on brand offerings.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain product knowledge throughout the product lifecycle.
• Complete opening and closing checklists, including work before or after store hours.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all store standards and policies.
