About the role

Join Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe as a Full‑Time Public Areas Attendant. You will help maintain the resort’s public spaces to the highest luxury standards, ensuring every guest experiences a welcoming and immaculate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, corridors, pool areas, and other public zones.
• Restock guest amenities and ensure public areas are well‑supplied.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently.
