Full-Time Medical Surgical RN – Days Shift with $15K Sign-On

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse to work day shifts. The position offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based care to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Maintain standard precautions, infection control, and patient safety.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as needed.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Current BLS certification.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire (or as required by unit).
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care or med‑surg setting.

Required skills

• Basic EKG operation.
• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – where required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – where required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – where required.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – where required.
• De‑escalation techniques.
• ESI (Emergency Severity Index) training.
