About the role
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for full‑time Forklift Operators at its Norwalk, OH service center. You will move various types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long, operating a forklift on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long.
- Operate a forklift on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
- Read manifests and interact with computer displays to track shipments.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced LTL setting.
